Q. What is a Record? A. A Purchase Order book may include 50 records per book. This means for each copy there will be 50 numbered pages. For example, page 1 of the book, could be number 51 and then page two would be number 52. All the way through to 100 if it's a 50 record per book....book. Each record is numbered sequentially and the numbers are printed in Red Ink. If you have previously ordered Purchase Order Books, your numbering might finish at 5000 for your last Purchase Order. We can then print the next series of books, starting with the first number 5001 to continue your Purchase Order Numbering. Q. What is a Leaf? A. By Leaf we are referring to how many copies of each record there is. For example, if there is an original copy plus a duplicate copy, that is considered 2 leafs. (or also referred to as 'in duplicate') If you have an original and two other 'leafs' that will mean the job is 'triplicate' and there is 3 copies of each record. Q. Why N/A? A. N/A stands for (in this case) not available. The reason for this, is sometimes a book get's too thick to be able to effectively staple. As a result some options are limited. Q.
